On a historic day in Amuro, Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, the flag-off ceremony for the construction of a 118.8-kilometer superhighway ignited hope and pride for our community. This superhighway, the first section of the ambitious Calabar – Ebonyi – Benue – Kogi – Nasarawa – Abuja legacy road, is a flagship project of the Renewed Hope administration under His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Represented by our own Governor Francis Nwifuru, President Tinubu’s vision for this transformative project electrified Afikpo North, with our people turning out in droves to celebrate this milestone.
